Training

Purpose

The EUROPA project supports the professional development of young scientists by providing bursaries for selected training events, summer schools and scientific conferences.

Eligibility

Applications are welcome from young scientists (e.g. PhD students and postdoctoral researchers (typically PhD + 6 years), in exceptional cases also Master students) affiliated with EUROPA partner institutions.

Funding

Up to EUR 1,000 per selected participant
Reimbursement after successful participation
Subject to available budget

Please note: For conferences, a poster presentation is required to receive funding.

How to apply

Applicants should:

apply for the event with the organiser,
submit a EUROPA bursary application in parallel,
wait for the funding decision.

reimbursement form,
proof of acceptance,
proof of attendance (e.g. certificate of attendance),
travel and cost documentation.
